EDITORIAL - Got Jeans?
You may have guessed that Jejune is all about finding excuses to get creative with sustainable fashion! In our latest editorial, we took an old classic and reworked it to have a modern feel! Jeans! The lovely thing about jeans is that they are hearty. They last. So, you can find them when thrift shopping, you can use hand me downs, you can rework an old pair you have ignored for years, or you can pick them up at a clothing swap! In this editorial, all the jeans, except from Simone Sullivan, are either vintage or made from repurposed vintage jeans, like in the cases of DOPE TAVIO, Laura Padilla, and Britney Morales. So get out there and turn your old jeans into something new!

We live in a world where a normal brand's main focal point is, above all else, profit. Money has become such a prominent driving force behind brand actions that our planet is suffering because of it. Environmental and sustainability concerns are slipping further and further down our agenda, but our planet can’t afford our neglection of these concerns.
The fashion industry is one of the most polluting and unsustainable industries in the world. With millions of tons of textile waste produced every year, skyrocketing levels of water and chemical use, the use of polluting microplastics, and rising carbon emissions, we are destroying our planet.
