Where are you based?
I’m based out of Atlanta Georgia!!

When did you decide to pursue music? Has it always been a passion for you?
Music has always been a passion of mine!! It always helped me cope with whatever I was feeling as a child and now as a young adult!!

Congratulations on your song “I Remember” being featured in Rolling Stone! What’s the message you hope people gain from listening to the song? What inspired the song?
Thank you!!! : ) I want people to walk out with a new outlook on relationships, that you can remember something, and it still has a place in your heart!! But also have a sense of empowerment when listening to the song!! :)

Who’s an artist you dream of collaborating with one day and why?
Definitely Beyonce!! Her work ethic is out of this world!! I feel like I could learn a lot from her!! I love how she and her team make things happen!!

How would you describe your sound to a new listener?
I would say a Pop/ R&B Blend!! Fun, feel-good music!! :)

We love that you also are an advocate for stopping bullying. Can you tell me about your work with The Bully Exposed? What inspired you to team up with this organization?
Yes!!! I help bring awareness to people who have been bullied. I do that through my Instagram story content!! And I do it through my shows!! By trying to bring awareness!! It touches me a lot, because when I was in middle school I was constantly bullied!! I was always the new girl! And I was more reserved!! So being someone who dealt with that every day was not a good feeling!! What inspired me to team up with this organization is the experience I went through, and if I can help be someone’s voice or help empower someone to stand up for themselves that makes me feel like the narrative can be switched to have a more positive effect on a situation like bullying.

As a victim of bullying, what advice do you have for someone being bullied?
That your worth doesn't come from someone who is battling something!! Be strong and stand up for yourself in ways by celebrating yourself, focus on the things you love to take your mind off it, and when your going through it, know there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. That there are brighter days. And when you get through it, and see it being done to someone else, speak up for them if they are too ashamed or scared too, like I used to be!!

What do you think is the most important action to stop bullying?
I think for people to be nicer to other people!! And to not make someone else feel bad because of what they are going through, but to talk to a counselor or someone you trust to help you get through whatever you or someone you care about is going through! :)

It has been a crazy past few years, how do you stay positive and motivated?
How I stay positive and motivated is I think about my love for God, my grandmother R.I.P, and music!! Music keeps me positive because it’s my outlet, it always has been!! Staying motivated, I’m not sure how I stay motivated. I'm self-motivated and many people around me have said that about me since I was a baby lol!! I think self-motivation and my love for singing came from God and my ancestors!!

Are there any new projects you’re excited about that you’d like to share?
Yes, I got cast into Fatal Attraction and Who That Bleep, both coming to National TV this fall!! I’m super excited about that!! And I’m excited about working on my EP, and connecting with more people when it comes to my music!!

What is your motto in life?
Big dreams and a big heart to follow. It’s okay to have a good heart, but having a good heart needs protection too!! You have to love with your heart and guide it too!! To keep it, no matter what comes your way!! :)
